MMA (boxe lutte grappling)

à partir de 7 ans, pratiquez le style Shotokan : loisir, préparation de grades, stages, compétition kata et combat

à partir de 7 ans, pratiquez la boxe pieds-poings : loisir, stages, compétitions light contact

à partir de 12 ans, pratiquez les arts martiaux mixtes : loisir, stages, compétitions light contact
